15-Minute Cities Planned in Ohio and Utah, Maybe More American States
Media fawns over 15-minute cities as push for the technocratic concentration camps take hold in America, and those demanding liberty dismissed as “conspiracy theorists”
“The perfect dictatorship would have the appearance of a democracy, but would basically be a prison without walls in which the prisoners would not even dream of escaping. It would essentially be a system of slavery where, through consumption and entertainment, the slaves would love their servitudes.”—Aldous Huxley
A clip from Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb’s State of the City speech proposing to make the Ohio city a 15-minute city is making the rounds in some alternative media outlets.
The clip is actually 10 months old and provides a good example of how we need to stay vigilant and understand what the “ruling” class is trying to do.
I wrote about the effectively technocratic concentration camps that are 15-minute cities back in December. That was based on the plans from Oxfordshire County in Britain that proposes relegating residents to zones while allowing them to travel outside their zones up to 100 times a year.
As for Bibbs’ plans, he’s got the local media all on board producing segments that do nothing but praise the 15-minute city concept.
To understand the real goals, just look at how The Cleveland Observer reports it:
“The driving force behind the 15-Minute City concept is that cities are designed around people, not cars.” (emphasis mine)
It is about restricting our movement, controlling our ability to travel. And they’ve done such a bang-up job over the last few decades to get a majority of the American people to buy into the climate lies, people will clamor for these hellscapes.
But it’s not just Cleveland, Ohio. It’s also Draper, Utah which also began developing a 15-minute city last year. Fast Company reported:
“But in Draper, Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City, a new neighborhood is being designed from the ground up to help residents avoid the need for cars.” (emphasis mine)
Although not called a 15-minute city as their plans predated the concept, a Climate Action Plan from 2009 in Portland, Oregon proposed similar planning for the design of the city in order to have 90% of residents not needing cars.
Stay vigilant and listen to your local government. Odds are, more of these 15-minute city proposals are coming across the nation. Odds are, they’ve been proposed under different names already.
Oxfordshire Residents Push Back
As noted, the 15-minute city plan is in motion in Oxfordshire County, but the residents are saying no.
Videos show protests of easily thousands, maybe tens of thousands marching the streets against this.
One protester, Laurence Fox, spoke to media.
Fox said:
“I’ve come here because I object to being told where I can and cannot move in society. I think it’s really unhealthy. I think that what’s happened is post-pandemic, the powers that be in the government have got this desire to control our movement, our speech, everything. And I think it’s really dangerous.”
The reporter retorts that the county’s council is saying the concerns are based on traffic calming measures, which Fox responds:
“Why does a council have a right to tell someone where they can and can’t travel. It shouldn’t work that way. We should be making a freer world for everybody, every single day, where you’re freer to move, freer to speak and you’re free to choose what you do with your life.”
Amen to that. But, for demanding freedom, people like Fox are labeled “conspiracy theorists” by the media and far worse.
Carlos Moreno, an academic who created the 15-minute city concept, called opponents “very fascist” and “terribly gullible, terribly ignorant, in line with flat-earthers or those people who think the world is controlled by lizard people,” according to Politico.
“At its core, the model is designed to give people greater freedom, (Moreno) insisted, by getting rid of onerous commutes and saving people time by allowing them to access basic services nearby.”
The audacity and arrogance of that real fascist, Moreno. He believes it is freeing for people to submit to his desires. Of course, if short commutes or the ability to walk/bike to work, stores, etc. is important to people, they have the freedom to make choices of where they want to live based on that desire. Instead, Moreno wants everyone forced to share his design for society.
But isn’t that the whole point of city planners to begin with? Free people don’t need “planners” to create society. It can happen organically.
Dustin Messer wrote for The Gospel Coalition about a 1961 book, The Death and Life of Great American Cities, by Jane Jacobs. Messer wrote:
“The point of the book is simple: cities should be organized not from an ivory tower or a state capital, but in and by the cities.”
“The villains of the book are those city planners who impose a vision of city life upon particular neighborhoods. They are the people who build parks that go unused—then blame the residents for not using them. They are the people who have complex, albeit rational, ideas of city organization: large roads to connect the business district with the upper-class housing divisions, with the restaurants, with the shopping area. Each space has its neat and tidy area. For all of their logic and efficiency, though, these city planners bring disorder and dislocation to the cities—choking the life out of them….”
“Rather than imposing the will of a logical, dispassionate stranger upon a city, Jacobs wanted to study the city as it actually existed—its intricate connection of districts and streets. She took a deferential stance when it came to the city, assuming the small businesses, neighbors, and schools understood the complexity of their economy better than a bureaucratic expert. Rather than tell a city where a park should go, Jacobs wanted to see which lots kids were already playing in, and put grass and slides and swings there.”
Check out any mainstream media reporting of 15-minute cities, you’ll see so-called “fact checking” of opponents and claiming there’s no nefarious plans to stifle individual liberty. At the same time, they are open that these cities are in part to combat “climate change.” That tells you everything you need to know.
“The case addressed here can be summed up with one statement coming from the World Economic Forum (WEF) weforum.org on March 15, 2022.”
“‘As climate change and global conflict cause shocks and stresses at faster intervals and increased severity, the 15-minute city will become even more critical.’”
“This single statement connects the entire fake ‘climate change’, and Ukraine (all war) scenarios and agendas as reasoning to lockdown the world. Make no mistake, this is the plan that is and has been in high gear for decades, but especially so since the bogus ‘covid’ lockdown terror levied at the hands of the state in 2020.”
“Without mass resistance to this totalitarian push, be prepared for more and more restrictions on every aspect of life; including movement, travel, thought, communication, health decisions,’ medical care,’ money and spending, carbon tracking, total and complete surveillance, social credit systems, and renewed climate lockdowns.”
Trump Endorses the Concept, Rebrands them “Freedom Cities”
“I view great cities as pestilential to the morals, the health, and the liberties of man.”—Thomas Jefferson

At a time when the people need to stand up and stop these heinous plans, in walks Donald Trump to pacify the gullible, ignorant masses in the “conservative” movement to get on board with the globalist plans.

Trump proposed an unconstitutional theft of taxpayers to fund such cities, which he rebrands “freedom cities,” to be developed on federal lands.
Of course, it is unequivocally unconstitutional. Just consider the “Father of the Constitution,” America’s fourth President James Madison, who vetoed a funding bill to build roads and canals throughout the nation. Madison wrote in his veto statement:
“I am constrained by the insuperable difficulty I feel in reconciling the bill with the Constitution of the United States to return it with that objection to the House of Representatives, in which it originated.”
“The legislative powers vested in Congress are specified and enumerated in the eighth section of the first article of the Constitution, and it does not appear that the power proposed to be exercised by the bill is among the enumerated powers, or that it falls by any just interpretation within the power to make laws necessary and proper for carrying into execution those or other powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States….”
“I am not unaware of the great importance of roads and canals and the improved navigation of water courses, and that a power in the National Legislature to provide for them might be exercised with signal advantage to the general prosperity. But seeing that such a power is not expressly given by the Constitution, and believing that it can not be deduced from any part of it without an inadmissible latitude of construction and a reliance on insufficient precedents; believing also that the permanent success of the Constitution depends on a definite partition of powers between the General and the State Governments, and that no adequate landmarks would be left by the constructive extension of the powers of Congress as proposed in the bill, I have no option but to withhold my signature from it, and to cherishing the hope that its beneficial objects may be attained by a resort for the necessary powers to the same wisdom and virtue in the nation which established the Constitution in its actual form and providently marked out in the instrument itself a safe and practicable mode of improving it as experience might suggest.”
Back to Trump’s globalist plan. Leo Hohmann wrote:
“The price to pay for enjoying all the free stuff thrown your way in the cities, will be that we must comply with a new set of rules. These rules will be connected to a social-credit scoring system like they have in China.”
“This is why we preach non-compliance and building self-sustaining lifestyles outside of the cities and suburbs.”
“But low and behold, the paragon of American conservatism has now come out of the woodwork with a contrarian message, a message built on repackaged, reformulated smart cities as the way to go moving forward.”
“Because the globalists’ climate agenda doesn’t resonate with conservatives, the globalists need a prominent conservative political voice who could take their message and communicate it in a way that appeals to conservative patriotic Americans.”
“Enter the perfect stooge: Donald J. Trump.”
“In the same way Trump offered his services to the globalists when he sold their deadly mRNA clot shots to conservatives, he is now signaling to them that he is willing and available to be used again — this time to convince us to move back into the cities, where we will be safe, secure and well taken care of.”
“Trump over the weekend used a campaign message for his 2024 presidential run to tout his idea of building 10 futuristic smart cities on federal lands, a project he would bid out to private mega-developers.”
“But instead of calling them ‘smart cities,’ Trump, in classic Trumpian form, has rebranded them as ‘Freedom Cities.’”
“Watch and see if 99 percent of the ‘conservative’ media isn’t taken in by this.”
“Instead of being evil smart cities run by Democrats, when Trump builds them they will be sexy ‘Jetsons-like Freedom Cities,’ a place where conservatives will flock to buy new smart homes connected to the smart grid with their smart cars zipping vertically up and down from one place to another within 15 minutes of their homes. In fact, the New York Post has already introduced the Jetson’s aspect of Trump’s Freedom Cities. How cool is that?...”
“Instead of warning us about the globalists’ plans for digitization of everything, including our money and our very identities, Trump puts his own patriotic twist on the same globalist technocratic theme. He is distracting us here with stupid talk about flying cars and Americanizing the tools of our slavery. Instead of buying the tools from China, he will make sure they’re all American-made. Doesn’t that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside?”
David Knight responded to this ridiculous proposal:
“Why is Trump talking about cities? Since when have we had so many government officials so concerned about building so many from the ground up cities that are planned?”
“What he’s doing is he’s pushing the New World Order’s plan. Let’s have cities, and you heard what he had to say, ‘We can house everybody in less than one half of 1% of the land here.’ This is pure on Agenda 21, ‘Let’s get everybody off of the land.’”
“You understand the role that Trump serves in all of this. He can call it ‘freedom cities.’ He can call it ‘freedom fries’ instead of French fries. Whatever this is nonsense, juvenile nonsense for a bunch of juvenile idiots following this pied piper.”
But, of course, the “conservatives” at CPAC raucously applauded Trump when he spoke about the plan last weekend, as they did after every unconstitutional proposal from Trump. Gard Goldsmith went through the speech on his show on Monday. The exposing of Trump’s ridiculous proposals begins at the 44:35 mark in the video in the Tweet below:
I’ll just note that Trump stated: “We’re not going back to people that want to destroy our great Social Security system.”
Seriously, how pathetic.
Although the “conservative” masses were cheering this on, I was heartened to see the comments in Hohman’s piece. There are more waking up to the conman that is Trump. Here’s just a few comments:
“The Trumpster knows exactly what he’s doing and isn’t a useful idiot… he’s a useless traitor.”
“Amazing how we Christians were all duped into thinking this was ‘God’s man’ for the hour! He beat the witch Hillary! Yeaaa! He replaced Obama, who after eight years of his chaos, we breathed a sigh of relief. People called him the new Cyrus the Great… a leader of men and a Gentile God would use. Ministers prayed over him in the Oval Office… ad nauseum. You get the picture.”
“When the truth came out about the deadly Covid jabs, he continued to push them on conservative Americans who knew better. Why? Ignorance… pride… stupidity? We now know he’s ONE OF THEM! Pray against this man who has Satan’s tongue… as deception and lies slithers out of his putrid corrupt mouth!”
Another comment:
“Trump is not deep. But he is too shrewd to be the gullible innocent his fans depict him to be. When he isn’t playing 7D chess of course.”
“Is Trump a grand master strategist or Chauncey Gardner from Being There? (Hint. You don’t build all those hotels and casinos being naive.)”
“We nominated for him for financial reasons, despite his lack of moral integrity. Now we’re losing it all, including basic freedoms, as divine punishment.”
“Not saying we should have voted for Hilary or that Biden isn’t horrible. Putting absolute faith and trust in anyone corrupt enough to get to Washington is the issues.”
“Baton down the hatches and commend your soul to God. Rough times ahead for all. And no one in Washington is going to save us little people.”
The same goes for a video by Trump sycophant Alex Jones who laughably described Trump’s “freedom cities” as “Trump Declares War On The New World Order, Announces New Jetsons Initiative”
Take a look at the comment section and it’s loaded with comment after comment after comment and people calling Trump and Jones out.
One commenter:
“Trump aint gona do sh*t about the deep state if he is elected again. He HIRED deep state all over last time failed to jail hillary and then killed millions of us with warp speed after knowing very well vaxs are deadly and even saying so during debates.
