Biblical Masculinity vs Worldly Masculinity

There’s a reason we’ve become a matriarchy, it’s because the patriarchy accepted the world’s definition of what a man is

The most dangerous deceptions are the ones that weave truth in with lies.

Enter Andrew Tate, a scumbag openly boastful pornographer who has been accused of sex trafficking in Romania. And yet, he has developed quite an adoring following from certain segments of the so-called “right” and Conservative, Inc. media whores.

Recently, Tucker Carlson, posted to Twitter, and Candace Owens disgracefully decided to give Tate a platform to sell his nonsense in sycophantic interviews. Included was a two-and-a-half-hour interview with Carlson and a three-hour interview with Owens. I’ll add, Charlie Kirk is a big fan of Tate.

Some have claimed Calson’s interview with Tate was the most watched interview ever.

I’ll state, I did not watch either of those interviews fully through, but I watched enough to know both Carlson’s and Owens’ goals were to promote this disgusting human being. I don’t advise anyone to watch them fully simply because it’s a lot of drivel devoid of any moral foundation or redemptive quality. Tate is annoying to listen to, he’s arrogant and he appeals to the most simple-minded. There’s no depth at all to him, yet many “conservatives” think of him as the deepest person ever.

Carlson sets up his interview by stating sixth grade boys are being told to reject masculinity by their teachers. Amen, I couldn’t agree more. Carlson is absolutely right. So, the solution is to listen to Tate? Absolutely not, but Carlson disgracefully sells him as someone boys can look up to.

Let’s take a look at the real Tate, the one Carlson and Owens have no interest in exposing. Tate is accused of using the “lover boy” method, which means men luring women in by making them fall in love with them then using them in the sex trade, such as pornography. And new evidence has come out suggesting he’s created a global network of exploiting women.

Ironically enough, Tate boasted about Romania’s lax sex laws as a reason for why he moved there.

In the following videos I post, you’ll see Tate absolutely boasts about using that very method. Warning, there is strong language and content.

Here’s Tate boasting about “managing” over 70 women as webcammers on OnlyFans.

Here’s a video with a series of clips from Tate explaining how he lures women in and “find girls, make them love me and make them work for me” for his “webcamming empire.” Included is a clip of him physically beating a woman.

Here’s Tate describing women as his “product” and explaining how its alright for his women to do pornography as long as he has “control over it” and takes “all the money.”

Here’s Tate admitting to and bragging about sleeping with minors, and he’s been accused of luring other minors in the past.

Here’s a clip from a YouTuber who admits he once liked Tate until he dug into Tate. Included are more clips of Tate saying things like he “used sex as a tool to make women love me so they would obey me.” Tate describes how he had courses to teach other men to lure women.

It’s clear Tate is no man to be admired or looked up to. Still, the likes of Carlson look up to this degenerate.

Some conservatives have responded to the sycophantic interviews. Chuck Ross of the Washington Free Beacon stated:

“Some conservatives are defending a movie about a guy who helps sex trafficking victims, other conservatives are hyping Andrew Tate.”

From Red State:

“Is this what conservative media is going to become? If I wanted morally-repugnant profit chasing, I’d just become a disciple of the mainstream media. Right-wing media is supposed to be different. It’s supposed to be a counter to dishonesty, not a promoter of it. It’s certainly not supposed to be a rehab facility for abusers and alleged human traffickers. If those basic boundaries don’t exist, then what are we even doing?”

However, many have tried to make excuses for Carlson and others promoting the scumbag. They claim that Carlson may not be aware of the true Tate. Well, then that would make him the world’s worst journalist. That would mean he does absolutely no research at all because it was very easy to find all of this. And even though Tate is pretty dishonest in the Carlson interview, he says plenty that should be pushed back on.

Carlson interviewed Tate last year when he was still at Fox News.

In it, Carlson asks Tate what a real man is? Tate says a real man is someone “who has a bunch of money” and who beds a lot of women in the “sexual marketplace.” Really, that’s what a real man is? Well, Carlson thinks so. He agreed wholeheartedly. So, Carlson knows what Tate is all about, and he approves of it.

Carlson not only approves of this scumbag, he calls Tate “the most famous man on the planet” and “someone aspirational to look up to” and for “young men” to “emulate.”

The most insidious thing about Tate is that he says truthful things to lure people into his lies. He says pornography is harmful to men yet produces porn. He says the culture is against men, which it is, and his solution is to subjugate women. He says men should “reject the slave mindset” while telling young men to slavishly follow him.

Pastor Jeff Durbin responded to Tate’s lies:

It’s not surprising what Tate believes. Tate is not someone who is seeking truth or moral foundations. He’s a lover of self and his own worldly pleasure, and he rejects and hates the one true God. That’s evidenced by the fact that in the matter of just a few years, he went from being an atheist to Christian to Muslim.

To be clear, Tate was never a Christian. He was never seeking after God. He was seeking a tribe that condones his depravity.

And on his reason for leaving Christianity, Tate pointed to hypocrisy in the church and weakness. Again, stating a truth that I’ve written about myself. But again, that truth is built in to get people to accept his lies.

Tate has no reason to object to hypocrisy in the church because he lives by a worldview built on hypocrisy which rejects the real God. Durbin said of Tate’s accusations against Christians:

“But here’s the thing. I can decry those things as wrong, objectively wrong, and evil and not Christian. Why? Because I have the Scriptures that actually tell me what is a Christian, what is the truth. And if I stand on that, I actually have a foundation that I can actually complain about these things. Andrew Tate has no foundation to be complaining about these things”

I’ll note that it is clear why Tate landed on Islam for his tribe. Islam absolutely subjugates women. He probably chose Christianity previously because of how the world has falsely portrayed Christianity of the same when nothing could be further from the truth.

I’ll note, the world accuses Christianity of being against women because of verses like “Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord” (Ephesians 5:22). They should probably read the whole passage (Ephesians 5:21-33) in which the verse right before says “submit to one another out of reverence for Christ” while later commanding “husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her.” So, men are also commanded to submit to their wives while also being willing to lay down their lives for them.

Yes, the Biblical order is God over man, man over woman, woman over children. Christianity promotes a patriarchy, one with a Biblical foundation and thatrecognizes the different and important roles of both men and women. It does not promote the male chauvinism Tate desires in which men control and subjugate women.

Biblical Masculinity vs Worldly Masculinity

The reason for the above is to setup this, the difference between the Biblical description of masculinity and the world’s definition.

As stated above, Tate does make true statements. He’s absolutely correct that our culture is against boys and men. He’s also correct that weakness is pervasive throughout the Christian churches in the West.

We live in a matriarchy, a feminist hellscape. And the professing Christian churches in the West have gone along with it. By the way, if a church is going along with the lies of the culture, then they are not part of the real church.

The church in the West has absolutely failed to defend true, Biblical masculinity. It’s failed to defend the necessary role of men.

It’s gotten so bad that the churches need women to defend masculinity:

I write that in jest. But really, it’s kind of true.

The reason the matriarchy has taken over and why feminism reigns is precisely because the church has failed to properly define and defend the necessary role of men. And with that, the culture has stepped in to define masculinity, and it defines it as “toxic.”

The worldly view of masculinity is, as Tate views it, to makes lots of money and sleep with lots of women.

When Tate’s perverted view of what a man should be becomes accepted, it’s no wonder why feminism thrives. If masculinity is subjugating women and viewing them as property or sex slaves, then women are justified in revolting.

But that’s not what true masculinity is. Pastor Voddie Baucham compared the world’s view of men compared to the Biblical view of men:

Baucham said that the world defines manhood by “the three B’s,” that being “on the ballfield, in the bedroom and by the billfold.” And the churches in the West, to their shame, their “definitions are no different.” Baucham said:

“If that’s the measure that our culture has given us, no wonder those who look for that in a man end up with disillusionment quickly.”

Instead of correcting the world and defending Biblical manhood, the churches accept the worldly lies.

The world doesn’t need anymore athletes, celebrities, entertainers, etc. It needs men to stand up and speak truth to the world and institute justice. Baucham said:

“We don’t need another ballplayer. We don’t. We need men with trained minds. We need men with Godly, Biblical character. We need men with multi-generational vision. We need men who commit themselves and all their faculties to the glory of almighty God.”

The culture has taught us to value worldly possessions more than the women in our lives. And the men have become selfish. And feminism has taken over. And the women have become selfish. And we’ve lost all forms of accountability leaving us with a selfish, unaccountable society.

What our society needs is men to start standing up and fulfilling their roles again. Baucham said there are at least three Biblical musts for men being that man is committed to God-honoring work, committed to God’s law and committed to prioritizing their family.

In the Bible, David gave advice to his son Solomon on his deathbed:

Now the days of David drew near that he should die, and he charged Solomon his son, saying: “I go the way of all the earth; be strong, therefore, and prove yourself a man. And keep the charge of the Lord your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn; that the Lord may fulfill His word which He spoke concerning me, saying, ‘If your sons take heed to their way, to walk before Me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul,’ He said, ‘you shall not lack a man on the throne of Israel.’—1 Kings 2:1-4

A true man seeks after God and fulfilling His will. A real man takes responsibility. A real man develops strength, bravery and courage, and that’s not necessarily physical strength but a strength of internal resilience. A real man has integrity. A real man develops skills. A real man practices true repentance. A real man doesn’t treat women as sex objects. A real man loves and protects women.

If men were to start standing up and acting like the men God created them to be, we’d clean up the mess our society has become. So, stop listening to the lies of the world and start listening to the God who created us for a purpose.

“Marriage doesn’t make a man, getting a job doesn’t make a man, and having children doesn’t make a man, though each of these opportunities gives a man a chance to show himself a man. A man is a man because God has made him male as opposed to female (Genesis 1:27), and a man is all that a man should be if He fears God. A moral single man is no less of a man than a moral married man, and certainly he is no less of a man than an immoral married man. A man who loves his wife as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25), who trains his children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4), who does all that he can to provide for his family (1 Timothy 5:8), and who is himself a man of godliness and character (2 Timothy 2:21-22) may not be considered a ‘man’s man,’ but he is God’s man, being like David, a man after God’s own heart (Acts 13:22). It doesn’t matter whether our parents, friends, or anyone else considers us a man in that ultimately manhood is defined by God. God creates men to be men, and His men honor His Word.

The world needs men to be men by showing themselves to be men, not by the world’s standards but by God’s. Biblical manhood is a matter of the heart, and it is manifested and matured by a commitment and obedience to the Word of God. Real men are men of integrity, internal strength in Christ, and courage, willing to do what is right and to stand for truth at all times and in all circumstances.”—Brent Barnett
