CDC Secretly Began Tracking the ‘Unvaccinated’ Last Year, Documents and Video Show
National File published documents and video showing the CDC set up a program to track American patients who did not submit to the experimental gene therapy covid shots
Last Thursday, National File published bombshell news about the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) tracking and spying on the American people and if they’ve submitted to the experimental gene therapy covid shots.
The outlet also published audio from a September, 2021 meeting where the tracking program was discussed. The meeting was from the ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee which includes members of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as well as the CDC’s National Center for Health Statistics.
Speaking at the meeting in the Tweet above was David Berglund, a committee staffer. Berglund says in the audio:
“We have had some interest in coding people who are not immunized for covid-19.”
Berglund read from a proposal for the “creation of codes for unvaccinated” and “for partially vaccinated” patients who see a doctor or visit a hospital, and the implementation of that plan was in April, 2022. Berglund read from the proposal:
“During the current time of the COVID-19 pandemic, immunizations have provided protection for many people, but there is interest in being able to track people who are not immunized or only partially immunized.”
Patrick Howley wrote for National File:
“The U.S. federal government is tracking people who decided not to get the COVID-19 vaccine injection, according to bombshell federal government records and video exclusively obtained by NATIONAL FILE. According to the shocking video, unvaccinated people are quietly tracked when they go to the doctor’s office or to the hospital due to a quiet new program proposed and implemented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Government meeting materials make clear that the new program is designed to ‘track people who are not immunized or only partially immunized.’”
Howley notes that the coding system, ICD-10, is a creation of the World Health Organization (WHO) which claims it has authority to require doctors to follow the system for coding patients for preservation in an electronic health record.
Christina Maas, regarding the ICD-10 codes, wrote for Reclaim the Net:
“ICD-10 codes, stored in a patient health record, are used by doctors to categorize patients and insurance providers for billing.”
The stated purpose, of course, from the criminal health bureaucracies is the lie of “public health,” a lie long foolishly accepted by society for a long time. There is no such thing as “public health.” There is individual health, and it’s the responsibility of the individual to protect their own health.
But it’s not a simple lie. It is far worse if you look at the real agenda that has been implemented for decades and decades by Democrats and Republicans alike here in America as both parties sold us out to the WHO a long time ago.
Independent journalist and paralegal Katherine Watt has produced a 67-page document titled American Domestic Bioterrorism Program: Building the case to prosecute members of Congress, presidents, HHS secretaries and federal judges for treason under 18 USC 2381.
In it, Watt details legislation, executive orders and regulations dating back to 1907 all the way through today that resulted in the unconstitutional and immoral creation of the covid bioweapon shots.
Watt wrote:
“The basic goal of the architects, which has been achieved, was to set up legal conditions in which all governing power in the United States could be automatically transferred from the citizens and the three Constitutional branches into the two hands of the Health and Human Services Secretary, effective at the moment the HHS Secretary himself declared a public health emergency, legally transforming free citizens into enslaved subjects.”
“That happened on Jan. 31, 2020, in effect as of Jan. 27, 2020 through the present day.”
“In other words: Congress and US Presidents legalized and funded the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. government and the American people, through a massive domestic bioterrorism program relabeled as a public health program, conducted by the HHS Secretary and Secretary of Defense on behalf of the World Health Organization and its financial backers.”
Of course, the mainstream narrative media has ignored the news broken by National File. It has ignored the over a century of our government selling us out to the WHO.
