Digital ID Moving Forward with Bipartisan Support
Senate committee unanimously moved forward the Improving Digital Identity Act earlier this year as Democrats and Republicans advance the World Economic Forum’s globalist agenda
“America is the most heavily surveilled country in the world. China is second. The UK is third. We’ve got more surveillance already in the United States than any other country, and so it’s all about a digital prison. They made it practical, rolled it out in 2020 as a psy-op against us. It is weaponized against us.”—David Knight
Everything our government is working on is about tracking and controlling us and moving us into the one world government beast system. Keep that in mind as you read about the coming Digital ID.
The U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee advanced a bill, Senate Bill 4528 titled Improving Digital Identity Act of 2022, at a Sept. 28 committee meeting.
The bill is sponsored by former Democrat turned Independent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (Arizona) and co-sponsored by Sen. Cynthia Lummis (Wyoming). The bill’s summary states:
“This bill establishes the Improving Digital Identity Task Force to establish a government-wide effort to develop secure methods for governmental agencies to protect the privacy and security of individuals and support reliable, interoperable digital identity verification in the public and private sectors.”
“The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shall award grants to states, local, tribal, and territorial governments to upgrade systems that provide drivers' licenses or other types of identity credentials to support the development of highly secure, interoperable systems that enable digital identity verification.”
“The Government Accountability Office shall submit to Congress a report on the estimated potential savings, due to the increased adoption and widespread use of digital identification, of (1) the federal government from averted benefit fraud, and (2) the U.S. economy and consumers from averted identity theft.”
In other words, the bill is an effort to create a Digital ID.
The committee meeting lasted less than half an hour to pass over 20 bills and eight nominations. Watch the video in the link, and you might leave with the same impression I did. The media narrative of divided government is a lie. Both sides get along quite well. They get along well when they destroy our liberties, and the divisive language for the cameras is all for show. But I digress.
You won’t find any discussion on the bill as it was passed by a voice vote, according to the meeting records. Who were the ones in support of the bill?
Democrats: Sens. Gary Peters (Michigan), Thomas Carper (Delaware), Margaret Hassan (New Hampshire), Sinema, Jacky Rosen (Nevada), Alex Padilla (California) and Jon Ossoff (Georgia).
Republicans: Rob Portman (Ohio), Ron Johnson (Wisconsin), Rand Paul (Kentucky), James Lankford (Oklahoma), Mitt Romney (Utah), Rick Scott (Florida) and Josh Hawley (Missouri).
What are the arguments for and against Digital IDs? John Mac Ghlionn provided both arguments for Just the News:
“In simple language, a digital identity enables an individual to prove who they are in the virtual world. Proponents claim digital IDs offer greater privacy than traditional forms of identification and can help minimize some of the risks associated with physical documents such as driver's licenses, passports, etc. Others, though, are quick to sound the alarm, warning that the introduction of digital IDs will almost certainly lead to an erosion of civil liberties….”
“Similarly, digital IDs are vulnerable to attack. Horror stories involving people's identities being stolen are not uncommon. Remember, digital IDs are synonymous with data, and if there is one thing hacker's love, it's data — especially the data of U.S. citizens.”
“If digital identities are introduced in the U.S., which looks increasingly likely, they will be inextricably linked with financial services. Financial institutions, after all, are being encouraged to lead the way in the development of comprehensive digital identity solutions. Digital IDs, we're told, will become more critical as online and mobile banking becomes more popular.”
All of the arguments for Digital IDs seem fallacious on the surface, but especially when you know who is pushing the Digital IDs in the first place.
It is part of the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset Agenda which is best summarized by the globalist group’s founder Klaus Schwab who said the agenda will “lead to fusion of our physical, digital and biological identity.”
The push for Digital ID has been strong since the Great Scam called covid, and it’s being rolled out around the world as Rhoda Wilson showed for The Exposé: “From Australia to the Maldives to Uganda, governments are rolling out the WEF/UN digital IDs to usher in a global digitized police state. A state which will police every aspect of our lives.”
In America, the Digital ID bill was first introduced in September of 2020 as the unconstitutional medical tyranny was still in its infancy.
Dr. Joseph Mercola wrote that “these biometric ID systems are all about allowing private companies to profit from your personal data.” He added:
“They’ve been doing that for years already, of course, siphoning your personal data online and then selling it to anyone willing to pay, be they crooks and scammers or reputable companies.”
“But a biometric ID system will allow them to sell and profit from your fingerprints, iris and your face, along with all the data that is tied to you, from medical and employment data to social and financial services.”
“So, to summarize, the vaccine passport/digital ID system will allow those controlling the system to profit from your very identity while simultaneously enslaving you to the system. It’s a modernized slave system, pure and simple.”
I will note that I disagree with the “private companies” statement on principle. We don’t have private companies anymore. We don’t have free markets anymore. We have a fascist system in which Big Business and Big Government are attached at the hip.
Ultimately, the biggest proof this recent bill is about controlling us is the fact there is no media coverage at all. Baxter Dmitry noted this for News Punch in which he wrote there is a “media blackout” on this bill. Dmitry wrote:
“Some have speculated that the introduction of digital IDs and vaccine passports in the U.S. is laying the infrastructure for a social credit system similar to the one in China. China’s social credit system, a massive undertaking of government surveillance that aims to combine 600 million surveillance cameras — about one for every two citizens — with facial recognition technology, has an end-goal of being able to identify anyone, anywhere, within three seconds.”
“Programmable central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) add another layer of control. As a fiat currency in digital form that is programmable, it would be easy to make it so you can only spend your money on certain things or in specific places, as desired by the issuer.”
“Then there are the seemingly innocuous smart meters, which raise serious privacy concerns, not to mention health concerns from their related electromagnetic fields. Before smart meters were widely available, your electricity usage was recorded by a meter reader who would visit your property once a month and manually record your energy usage.”
Most importantly, we need to recognize that the beast system is real. There will be a “mark of the beast” as described in Revelation 13: 16-17: “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
Dmitry wrote:
“In the end, the global superpowers won’t go so far as to create a worldwide digital ID that can simply be left behind when you feel like it. They’ll want something much more permanent, something that can’t be left at home.”
“Sweden is one of the earliest adopters of implantable microchips. The chip is implanted just beneath the skin on the hand, and operates using either near-field communication (NFC) — the same technology used in smartphones — or radio-frequency identification (RFID), which is used in contactless credit cards.”
“Already, Sweden has become more or less a cashless society. Now, this tiny implant will replace the need for debit and credit cards all together, as well as identification and keys. To pay for an item, all you have to do is place your left hand near the contactless card reader, and the payment is registered.”
“An estimated 5,000 to 10,000 Swedes have been chipped so far, although Swedish authorities claim they don’t know the exact number, as there’s no central registry. In the end, everything will be connected to a single implantable device.”
What does that sound like? Is the Improving Digital Identity Act going to lead us to that?
