Pfizer buys company known for heart drugs

Journalist Ben Swann recently reported on the acquisition by Pfizer of Arena Pharmaceuticals, a company known for development of drugs that treat myocarditis and pericarditis among other heart drugs.
Swann Tweeted:
“NEWS: Pfizer just purchased Arena Pharmaceuticals, a company known for making drugs to treat heart conditions like myocarditis and pericarditis. Arena is also developing two new cardiovascular assets: temanogrel for microvascular obstruction; and APD418 for acute heart failure.”
Actually, the purchase came a year ago with the announcement on March 11, 2022. The value of the merger was $6.7 billion to make Arena a “wholly-owned subsidiary of Pfizer,” the announcement stated. Mike Gladstone, Pfizer’s global president and general manager of inflammation and immunology, said:
“We are excited to add the impressive experience and pipeline of Arena Pharmaceuticals to Pfizer’s Inflammation and Immunology therapeutic area, helping us further our purpose of developing breakthroughs to change the lives of those with immuno-inflammatory diseases. In particular, we’re hopeful that we can accelerate clinical development of etrasimod successfully to have a positive impact on those living with these debilitating diseases.”
I’m sure it is very exciting for Pfizer to acquire this drug company. I mean, the profits are endless in this little scheme that Big Pharma in collusion with Big Government has.
Comedian Jimmy Dore discussed Swann’s Tweet providing a good humorous take, and it comes down to another Tweet he alluded to:
“Start fires, buy the fire department.”
That’s about right. And that’s the racket that’s been run by our fascist Big Government-Big Corporation partnership for so long. Create the problem, present the solution and profit all along the way.
That was the whole game plan with the covid scam. Create a phony pandemic, pump up phony death numbers with tests not meant to diagnose virus or disease, created a standard of care that kills patients but blame it on the phony virus and ultimately develop the “cure” that is no cure but actually kills so many more. And gladly accept the profit, again every step of the way. But I’ll have more on that later this week.
While I’m on the experimental gene therapy covid bioweapon shots, the recent data from the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), maintained by the Centers for Disease Control, shows 34,747 deaths reported by the covid jabs as of March 24. The CDC itself has admitted an undercount in VAERS by a factor of at least 6.5X while the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation has independently found the undercount being a factor of about 41X. That puts the likely number of deaths by covid jabs somewhere between 225,856 to 1,424,627.
