Podcast: Restoring the Constitution-Political Theater This Past Week Gave Us Court Opinions, More from the Epstein Saga, Possible War with Iran and More
The political show must go on to keep us distracted and divided while they take more of our liberty away
On this week’s podcast, Federico Lines of States Rights Radio and I spoke with returning guest Larry Kaifesh, a retired Marine Colonel and former Republican congressional candidate. We talked about a plethora of stories.

I’ll begin here with the main topic we discussed which was the Supreme Court 6-3 opinion striking down Donald Trump’s unconstitutional tariffs.
And of course, the ever so petty and authoritarian Trump said he’s going to impose new tariffs on his own, initially 10% on all nations which he increased to 15% all within the same day.
The Tenth Amendment Center stated:
“There is not one single shred of evidence from one single founding father ever suggesting that the president could ever do something like this.
James Madison and others agreed that tariffs could be used as a tool of foreign policy, but that still had to come through Congress.
Every single day, this man betrays the American revolution and the principles of the constitution.”
“Trump defies the U.S. Supreme Court and says the court’s decisions don’t apply to him. The Constitution and U.S. law be damned... and then he slaps another
10%(15%) tariff on EVERYTHING just because he’s pissed off. This man has lost his mind and everyone in America is going to pay the price via inflation and supply chain disruption.”
While the SCOTUS opinion is right on the surface, I think something different is at play. I think it’s more political theater that will cause further chaos and is meant to intentionally destroy our economy and the dollar. Trump knew this was coming, and he is fine with it. It’s professional wrestling.
Why do I say this? Well, now there is going to be an estimated $175 billion refund to the big guys for the taxes the American people paid. We get nothing. And Trump’s inner circle is among those profiting from this opinion like Howard “Lucky” Lutnick, Trump’s commerce secretary.
“Trump’s tariffs were nothing but a massive transfer of wealth from the middle and working class to the well-connected mega-rich. IOW the Epstein class.”
“Why are average Americans getting poorer and poorer? Because the well-connected are outright thieves.”
“Insiders knew. Regular Americans paid. Welcome to Corrupt America — where policy is a profit scheme.”
So, Lutnick went on TV back in April when Trump announced his unconstitutional tariffs saying SCOTUS would rule on Trump’s side yet his sons, now running Cantor Fitzgerald with him in the regime now, were buying up tariff refunds knowing SCOTUS would do the opposite.

Beyond the clear corruption and grifting from the Trump regime, we also had Scott Bessent, Trump’s sodomite treasury secretary, when asked about the $175 billion refund, with a smug grin on his face he says: “I’ve got a feeling the American people won’t see it.”
A reminder, Bessent is the George Soros crony who helped destroy the Bank of England that created Soros’ wealth.
As Slow News Day put it: “You don’t hate the state enough.”
Remember, Trump oversaw the largest transfer of wealth from the working class to the monied class during the covid con. He is overseeing yet another transfer of wealth from the American people to his buddies.
The Patriot Voice described it as an “insider trading Ponzi scheme,” adding:
“It will only strain the economy EVEN MORE as that additional
10%(15%) will also be passed down to American consumers and manufacturers who can’t afford to pay most bills as it is. I believe that is the point, I have said that tariffs will be what really accelerates the economic crash.The bottom line is…WE THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS THE ONES WHO SUFFER.
These tariffs are a HUGE BURDEN and yet another ADDED TAX to our everyday lives.
They aren’t REPLACING income taxes like we were told, clearly that was another egregious LIE to get us to sign on to this SCAM.
This is yet another prime example showing how MAGA has been supremely SUCKERED and the Trump Administration, and the government couldn’t give two shits about the everyday struggling American, but just like every admin in the past, only seeks to enrich itself, and fellow billionaire oligarchs.”
Other Stories
We discussed several other stories, such as a recent 5th Circuit Court of Appeals opinion siding with Trump’s violation of our Fourth Amendment rights. The opinion sided with the idea that ICE can conduct warrantless searches.
“The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which covers Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, ruled that the problem of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. is so acute and vast and the Fourth Amendment so burdensome and time-consuming that it should cut some constitutional corners. The federal judiciary is supposed to be in the business of protecting the rights of individuals from infringement by Congress or the president or the states. In this case, the court saw fit to allow Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, to trample the sacred American right to be left alone.”
Speaking of violations of our rights from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), DHS is now creating a single search engine to included all the biometric data of Americans in an easily accessible and searchable database. It is also asking social media platforms to provide names and phone numbers of anyone who criticizes ICE. And it is spending billions to buy warehouses across the country for mass detention. Does anyone think that’s solely for “illegals”?

What’s really stark about this time, a time of constant deception, is how open and brazen the corruption is. Our government has been corrupt my entire life. And every regime, Democrat and Republican, has been absolutely corrupt. But Trump is openly corrupt, and his regime brags about it. The corruption from the Trump regime puts anything the so-called “right” was screaming about from the Biden regime to shame. And now the “right” is silent.
Max Blementhal wrote that “Trump Inc corruption is so extensive it’s difficult to keep tabs,” and Aaron Day added: “This is the most corrupt admin in US history. I’m not being hyperbolic.”
They’re absolutely right.
Remember coming into his second regime, Trump and his Epstein-provided wife launched memecoins that Trump’s MAGA Cult base ate up? Well, turns out Trump insiders got out just at the right time to make bank while the retail investors, that would be Trump’s sycophantic followers, lost $4.3 billion.
Now, Trump’s sons are starting their own polymarket. That would be a betting market in which people can bet on anything from when and who we go to war with to what Trump’s executive orders will be and more. The Trump sons will have all the insider knowledge to make bank while his dumb followers will lose. And yet, the cult continues to cheer it on/
On CNBC, Eric and Don, Jr. were asked about whether people “curry favor” with Trump. Don, Jr. said: “They created this monster… We realized we were at the top of the Ponzi scheme.”
That is an admission of guilt. They know it’s a Ponzi scheme and they have no shame profiting off it.
Ultimately, this should shock nobody who wants freedom and liberty. But what this shows is that those wanting freedom and liberty are few and far between.
We need to stop being distracted and stop looking for political saviors. There never has been nor will be political saviors.
Although I admit I was taken aback when I finally figured out that the bureaucrats can make back room deals on other peoples lives without their knowledge and consent. And as a result of these ex parte meetings, agencies can triangulate to force poor American family's into a condition of genocide, using police/warfare-Courts/Lawfare to make genocide in America bureaucratic and legal.
