Tyranny of CBDC Advancing Fast with Nary a Whimper
The globalist takeover of currency is a freight train ready to smack us, and nobody seems to want to get out of the way
“Conservatives are, far too often, just looking into the rear-view mirror so much that they can’t see what’s coming at them. And they run smack-dab into a semi truck. We’ve got a semi called CBDC (central bank digital currency) that is barreling at us at about 100 miles an hour, and the conservatives are so busy looking at Twitter and the Trump election that they’re not even talking about that CBDC semi truck that’s coming at us.”—David Knight
The globalist takeover is nearing completion, and nobody seems to care. Instead, those who call themselves conservative still love their political theater. They love their political idols, hate their political enemies. And their favorite Conservative, Inc. talking point purveyors can’t ever bother to tell you about the biggest threat to our liberties.
That would be CBDCs which have been accepted as the “money” of the future. Of course, they are not money. They carry no value. But we’re kind of used to that with our fiat currency.
At most, all you’ll ever get from the narrative pimps is the random story here and there that the Federal Reserve is looking into CBDCs and here’s what they’re doing. Rarely do you get analysis on the threats the CBDCs pose. Only a few in the alternative media are warning us.
This is status quo with the public. The public wants political intrigue. It wants soap opera narratives or professional wrestling. It doesn’t want to know the news that actually matters.
Brian Shilhavy noted this in a recent piece for Vaccine Impact concerning the fact that there are more surveillance cameras in America per capita than in China. Although not specifically CBDC related, it is connected as the CBDCs expand the already Big Brother state we’re in. Shilhavy wrote:
“Americans today seem to be mostly oblivious and unconcerned that they are being watched, listened to, and recorded every day by the Big Tech Globalists.”
“I published an article on this topic earlier this month, and it is one of the least-read articles I have published this month. For some reason, even though most people seem to be aware that they are being tracked by the technology they use, they apparently do not believe it negatively affects them too much.”
“But I wonder how the people who were in Washington D.C. on January 6, 2021, and were subsequently arrested and interrogated for simply being in the area where the Trump rally was taking place, simply because they were carrying a cell phone that tracked their location, which was then obtained from companies like Google, feel about the use of technology that spies on them?”
“It didn’t matter if you were there for the Trump rally or not, or if you loved or hated Trump, just being in the location and allowing Big Tech to monitor their location via their cell phone, even if the phone was on airplane mode in some cases, was enough to warrant an arrest and interrogation.”
So, how close are the CBDCs? Well, there is currently a 12-week proof-of-concept project being run by the New York Fed which states:
“The project will be conducted in a test environment and only use simulated data. Participants include BNY Mellon, Citi, HSBC, Mastercard, PNC Bank, TD Bank, Truist, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo. Swift, the global financial messaging service provider, is supporting interoperability across the international financial ecosystem.”
CBDCs are “something global planners talk about openly in their world forums as a fact of the immediate future, not some faraway horizon,” wrote David Haggith for The Great Recession Blog. “They are already being rolled out.”
Included in Haggith’s piece is a discussion are the 2022 “World Government Summit.” The question being discussed is “are you ready for a new world order?” Pippa Malmgren, a former special assistant to the George W. Bush regime, said:
“We’re on the brink of a dramatic change where we’re about to — and I’ll say this boldly — we’re about to abandon the traditional system of money, and accounting, and introduce a new one…. The new accounting is what we call ‘blockchain.’ It means digital. It means having an almost perfect record of every single transaction that happens in the economy, which will give us far greater clarity over what’s going on.”
Oh, these “global leaders” love it, and they are ready to assure you they are ready to put safeguards in place to make sure those CBDCs don’t destroy our liberty and privacy despite the CBDCs destroying our liberty and privacy by their very nature.
And the Republicans are ready to deliver that lie to get the conservative base on board. They’ll tell you that you have a right to be concerned, but they’re there to protect you.
Take former GOP Speaker of the House Paul Ryan who says because China is working on a CBDC, America must as well. Ryan said:
“If America wants to maintain its place as the keeper of the reserve currency of the world, which gives us huge privileges and advantages as a country, then we too should digitize our dollar so that we have the attributes of a digital dollar, which is frictionless money, which is much more efficient money. But more importantly, show the world how a free society should handle this challenge by having a two-tier system which guarantees the government has no role in the management of our money. Because the Chinese, the way they will manage money, violate privacy and liberty.”
I could go on a rant on how big of a piece of garbage Ryan is, but I’ll spare you. Suffice it to say, it is our politicians, like Ryan, who have destroyed our currency with their decades of overspending, and they have no desire to protect our privacy or liberty.
And the Republicans on the Financial Services Committee agree with Ryan. They are working hand-in-hand with the Democrats and their globalist masters who fund their campaigns to hand us over to the digital tyranny.
There’s no doubt we’ve effectively been under a global government for a long time, but the CBDC is the last piece of the puzzle that makes the global tyranny official.
Unfortunately, I fear the conservatives of today will go right along with it. And they’ll go along with it out of convenience. They will swipe their credit cards over using cash simply over a few seconds of time saved. They don’t care that social media was designed to track and control them. They simply want the illusion of “free speech” there.
“We have people, well-intentioned people, in the conservative movement who make their living warning us about the socialists, the communists or the Islamists.”
“Here’s the hard truth: We could eliminate every single socialist, communist and Islamist from America tomorrow and we would still be in a heap of trouble because the globalists already have the laws and technological infrastructure in place to convert our Republic into a technocratic slave state….”
“All we have to do is say no. Reject the tools of our enslavement that are offered on a shiny silver platter that looks so enticing.”
“We must recognize that these are the very same tools and products that make our busy 21st century lives so convenient, so efficient and entertaining. And so we buy them on cue, we upgrade them on cue, we hand over our biometric data on cue, until one day we will wake up and realize we have convenienced ourselves and entertained ourselves right into a digital gulag from which there is no escape.”
In the coming days, I’ll write more about the tyranny that awaits us under the new digital beast currency system and the globalists behind it. I’ll write about how the people have been trained to accept it. I’ll hopefully also encourage you not to accept it.
