[Update] Madmen are marching us to Nuclear War: WE MUST STOP THEM
The media is normalizing nuclear war as the chances for Armageddon becomes more inevitable
Earlier this week, I wrote about the madmen marching us toward nuclear war. Since then, these madmen have made more moves to increase nuclear tensions which I wanted to briefly highlight.
On Wednesday, Politico published a piece based on a cable it obtained showing that America has fast-tracked plans for deploying upgraded versions of B61-12 air-dropped gravity bombs, its primary nuclear gravity bomb, to Europe. Originally, those bombs were to arrive next spring, but the U.S. has now told Brussels to expect them this December.
The Free Thought Project reported on the news:
“The plan involves replacing older weapons with upgraded bombs at US storage facilities in Europe. The US keeps about 100 nuclear warheads at air bases in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Turkey.”
“The upgrade to the B61-12 replaces non-nuclear components to make it more accurate. The upgrade is also designed so it can be carried by all US and allied bombers and fighter jets, unlike older versions of the bomb.”
This comes as both NATO and Russia are performing nuclear exercises. Russia, by the way, plans to use Cuban military bases in response to the NATO exercises.
Also reported on Wednesday, by Newsweek, is that Finland has applied for NATO membership and has indicated that they will allow nuclear weapons to be placed on its country’s border with Russia.
On Thursday, Bloomberg reported on the new national defense strategy of the Pentagon which reverses longstanding norms by rejecting limits on use of nuclear weapons. The Pentagon will not rule out use of nuclear weapons for non-nuclear threats. Gone are the days of a strategy of nuclear weapons as solely used for deterrence or retaliation, according to the new strategy.
Tyler Durden, for Zero Hedge, noted about the Bloomberg report that this comes as Vladimir Putin is trying to tamp down tensions by saying there are no political nor military reasons for using a nuclear weapon in Ukraine. Durden notes that that is “more than can be said about the U.S.
Shut down the propaganda
“Propaganda makes you stupid. We know that the Ukrainian integral nationalists committed abominable massacres, particularly during the Second World War. But we don’t know what they’ve been doing on our doorstep for thirty years, especially the civil war they’ve been waging for eight years. Our own stupidity allows us to bear the battle cries of our politicians alongside these criminals.”
“When war breaks out, governments always believe that they must bolster the morale of their people by showering them with propaganda. The stakes are such, life and death, that the debates are hardening and extremist positions are gaining ground. This is exactly what we are witnessing or rather how we are changing. In this game, the ideas defended by each other have no relation to their ideological presuppositions, but to their proximity to power.”
As I noted in the Oct. 26 piece, the propaganda is palpable. And the propaganda has been the fuel that has led to this created war, a war that was made in Washington, D.C.
We must resist this. We must demand the madmen stop this societal suicide. Caitlin Johnstone writes:
“We don’t have to submit to this. We don’t have to keep sleepwalking into dystopia and Armageddon to the beat of manipulative sociopaths. There are a whole lot more of us than there are of them, and we’ve got a whole lot more at stake here than they do.”
“We can have a healthy world. We’ve just got to want it badly enough. They work so hard to manufacture our consent because, ultimately, they absolutely do require it.”
Original Oct. 26 piece
Insane madmen, for the sake of power and greed, have set the stage for making nuclear war a distinct possibility.
Earlier this month, Ukrainian oligarch Volodymyr Zelensky said one of the most dangerous things that could be said as tensions keep rising.
Zelenskyy called for an all-out nuclear war via a preemptive nuclear strike on Russia which would lead to Armageddon, an end of civilization as we know it. Zelenskyy said:
“Preemptive strikes are needed so that they know what awaits them if they use nuclear weapons. Not the other way around, waiting for Russia’s nuclear strikes and then saying, ‘Oh, you’ve done that, then get this.’”
This comes after Zelenskyy applied for “accelerated” membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) which would break a decades old American promise to Russia.
“If Ukraine were to join NATO, the war that is currently a proxy war between the United States and Russia would be immediately converted into a direct war between the United States and Russia, which almost certainly would quickly turn out to be an all-out nuclear affair. That’s because NATO’s rules and regulations would require that the United States go to war against Russia to defend Ukraine.”
This, of course, is ignored by the media which continues the perverse narrative of Russia bad, Ukraine good.
Instead of promoting peace and ending bloodshed, the narrative pushers are normalizing nuclear war to make the dumbed down masses happy with their annihilation.
“No one talks about peace. What they’re doing now is they’re normalizing nuclear war, and that’s when you know it’s coming,” Gerald Celente told David Knight in a recent interview.
The American Military Industrial Complex has already stolen about $70 billion from the taxpayers to fund their money laundering operation in Ukraine, Celente notes, and there are plans in the works to send $50 billion more before the end of this year.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainians these madmen claim they’re on the side of are being used as “cannon fodder,” Knight said.
In recent days and weeks, it’s been reported that the U.S. is stocking up on radiation sickness drugs while Business Insider is providing steps to surviving a nuclear bomb. It’s reminiscent to the absurd “duck and cover” drills used to push fear on kids in years past.
Celente said: “Hey moron, hey imbecile, you do not survive a nuclear attack. Life on earth is ruined you morons, imbeciles…. It’s moronic garbage they’re shoving down the peoples’ throat.”
The war pushers will only let you think Vladimir Putin is responsible for this all as they are the ones promoting it and refusing to bring all parties to the table to talk peace.
Knight notes wars are “supposed to be defensive, not preemptive,” and “we have completely lost our moral compass.”
The hypocrisy is palpable, like the U.S. condemning Putin for “shock and awe” campaigns, the same “shock and awe” campaigns they used in their unjust, unconstitutional wars in the Middle East. They condemn Putin but praise the likes of Madeleine Albright for saying the deaths of 500,000 Iraqi children is justified as former U.S. puppet Bill Clinton waged wars to coverup for his infidelity.
Just over the weekend, it was announced that the 101st U.S. Airborne Division is preparing for war three miles from the Ukraine border. It is the largest deployment of that division since World War II. Brian Shilhavy writes:
“With up to 40% of the Ukraine power grid now down and millions of people without electricity as winter sets in, tens of thousands of Ukrainians are trying to flee the country, as the United States appears to be getting ready to take America to war and start engaging Russian forces.”
“Could this be the ‘October surprise’ the Biden Administration has been planning in an effort to affect upcoming elections in November?”
Shilhavy added:
“Get ready America. It looks like the Biden administration is leading us into war against Russia, which will probably be the start of WW III, and a cascade of all kinds of events to follow that could include disrupting the upcoming mid-term elections.”
And the U.S. is marching us to nuclear conflict on multiple fronts as tensions rise with China. Caitlin Johnstone wrote:
“On paper it looks completely irrational for the US empire to be ramping up aggressions against two powerful military and economic forces simultaneously, but it’s undeniable at this point that that is what’s happening. Clearly our rulers have some kind of strategy for how they’re going to see this through, though it remains to be seen whether that strategy is the desperate Hail Mary pass of a dying empire or a potentially highly effective plan using tools that aren’t currently visible to the public.”
What would Nuclear War look like?
Before we move on to more of the lies and propaganda during this dangerous moment in time, let’s understand the consequences of this push for nuclear war.
The simple answer to what nuclear war would look like is an end to life as we know it, but Princeton has provided an illustration.
Jeff Thomas wrote about that illustration. It’s not good anywhere in the world, but I’ll focus on his look at what it would do in America. Thomas writes for International Man:
“Well, each major US city would be targeted with multiple ICBMs, each big enough to destroy it. Most of the US would be carpeted with other ICBMs. The US would be destroyed within a few hours. An estimated 90 million people would be killed initially.”
“Those at ground zero would be vaporized. Those on the periphery of a bomb could escape if they were to get to concrete shelter very quickly. They would then need to remain sealed up for weeks, if not longer, until the majority of fallout had settled. It would be a gamble as to when exiting the building would be safe.”
“The northern border of the US would be destroyed, taking in Canadian border cities, such as Vancouver and Toronto. The southern border, with Mexico, would also go.”
“Next would be the movement of fallout.”
“As the video shows, those who live in or near a direct target would have no hope, but as can be seen, there are locations outside the US that are not targeted at all. Those locations that have no strategic advantage would not be targeted. So, if you were located in, say, Jamaica, you would not be hit, but, just as importantly, the Caribbean weather system – the trade winds – would carry any northern fallout away from you, as would the Gulf Stream.”
Ukraine good?
All of this is for a criminal oligarchy in Ukraine. This is the result of the U.S. meddling in the affairs of others.
Who are we funding? We’re funding the Nazi Azov battalion, and the media has no problem pushing the Nazi propaganda. NATO has begun a 10-year plan for building up the Nazis.
Matt Agorist writes for The Free Thought Project:
“Unfortunately, many people are not based in reality and easily succumb to the perverse propaganda which flows from these outlets 24 hours a day. Unfortunately, this apparatus of mind control has convinced many Americans that neo-Nazis are good, stoking a potentially catastrophic nuclear war with Russia is necessary, and the billions we are sending to that region to fund these things, have no effect on our economy.”
As the media will report on any suggestion of Russian war crimes, often fabricated, it ignores Ukraine slaughtering civilians, including women and children. Eva Bartlett wrote:
“Scenes of death are nothing new for residents and reporters here in Donetsk, which is intermittently the target of Ukrainian attacks, like the one that hit its central region on August 4, killing six people, including an 11-year-old ballerina, her grandmother, and her ballet teacher.”
“But the carnage on Monday was worse than anything I’ve seen in my months of reporting here. Chunks of flesh littered the street – part of a hand, a foot, an ear. Someone had put a dead man’s phone on his stomach. It was ringing, the cheery ringtone incongruous with his lifeless body and the scenes and stench of death around him.”
The greatest weapon for these madmen is propaganda
“That we could be in this extremely dangerous position is due to the total absence in the West of an honest and independent media and of honest and competent Russian experts. Essentially, there is no intelligence in the West among those making decisions and no accurate information getting through to the Western populations.”
“I and a few others have made huge efforts, but we are called ‘conspiracy theorists,’ ‘Russian agents/dupes,’ and other names used to discredit those who actually understand the reality of the situation. The growing restraints on what can be said, or if said paid attention to, has created massive ignorance as we come to a possible fateful moment in history.”
Any sane person watching things can cut through the absurd propaganda. But, the propaganda continues at an insane pace. It’s seen through censorship, ignoring of important stories, spread of fake stories, fabricating stories and no transparency.
Just look at the recent destruction of the Nord Stream pipeline. Of course, all evidence points to it being destroyed by America, something the former defense minister of Poland suggest. However, we’re told we’re not allowed to question it. It must have been Putin. Never mind that Biden threatened he would blow up the pipeline months ago, his secretary of state called it a “tremendous opportunity” after it was destroyed and the findings of a probe will not be released to the public.
There’s also the bombing of the Crimean Bridge which we’re not allowed to question even though Ukrainian officials went from one day bragging about its destruction to the next day condemning Putin for destroying the bridge.
This propaganda is such a farce, but it must be working at least on who the madmen want it work on. This war campaign is being pushed by both sides of the political circus, but it is interesting to see the complete lack of an antiwar left. Just look at AOC.
“Western propaganda means people always oppose the last war but not the current war. The US provoking and sustaining its Ukraine proxy war is no more ethical than its invading of Iraq; it just looks that way due to propaganda. Ukraine isn’t the good war, it’s just the current war.”
Johnstone added in another piece:
“A truly free and liberal society would not use propaganda, censorship and information ops to manipulate the way the public thinks about a war, but if you criticize the way the western empire is using those exact measures you get a bunch of ‘liberals’ defending their use.”
Stopping these madmen is the only issue that matters
“The time to end US participation in this war is yesterday. And if it takes millions of Americans in the streets peacefully protesting while demanding that their representatives stop this madness, then bring it on. Tomorrow may be too late,” wrote Ron Paul.
A recent poll came out suggesting that 57% of Americans want peace talks and oppose a further push for war. On the one hand, it’s good to know that a majority of Americans want peace. But really, only 57%?
Furthermore, my concern is whether or not that 57% really understand how dangerous of times we live in. It’s good to want peace, and one would think 100% of people polled would say they want peace. But it takes far more than simply stating you like peace in some poll question.
This really is not an understatement. If nuclear war is possible, and everything suggests that it is not only possible but more likely probable, then that is the only issue that matters. Nuclear war literally means the end of life as we know it. This must be stopped.
How do we stop it? Well, that’s hard to answer. Certainly, it takes more than answering some pollster. Regardless, we need to take it seriously.
“More and more are beginning to distrust the real rulers and their government pawns, but few are actually doing anything of value to actively resist state efforts to control them. Part of this is due to a purposeful lifting of certain restrictions evident in the past two-and-a-half years; a trick to fool the naïve herd into believing that the agenda of world control is lessening, when in reality, it is going ahead full steam. Because this dynamic of discontent is evident, the ruling class is aware that other avenues of terror and confusion are necessary in order to quell any possible resistance by the masses. This demands that the state continue to create more false flag events, and instill great fear into the ‘public’ mind, so that mass compliance will once again rear its ugly head.”
“This winter, especially after this next corrupt and totally worthless election cycle in November is over, will most likely bring much more chaos, planned state abuse of the people, dangerous false flag events, fearmongering, more sickness and death, and staged terror meant only to create extreme fear.”
“The most terroristic state by far in the world today is the United States, as it is still the head of the snake concerning aggression and war, nuclear weapons, bioweapon production, violent coups, and regime change control; regardless of any propaganda or rhetoric to the contrary. There are many bad actors worldwide, as this fake ‘virus’ and horrendous response by virtually all countries exposed, but the U.S. is still the most dangerous enemy of the world’s population.”
“So, what is the answer to this dilemma we face? I cannot give you that information, because each and every one of us is not only different, but has to come to the truth, accept it, and act on that knowledge as an individual; whether alone or with a collective of other individuals working together. There is no political answer, because politics and governments that were voluntarily accepted are what got us here in the first place. Any ruling system existence will necessarily eliminate freedom, so voting for another to rule over you (and others) can only exacerbate the tyranny, and can never support liberty. The essence of this thinking is that all who desire freedom must take it; not ask for it. That means taking full responsibility for self, without regard for the risk of doing so. Yes, this is difficult, but life is difficult, especially when one survives only by allowing others to rule and control him in what will always be a life as an indentured servant of the state.”
