In March of 2022, I wrote a piece for The Liberty Loft on a campaign ad from Libertarian U.S. Senate candidate in New Hampshire, Jeremy Kaufman.
In the satirical ad, Kaufman promises to make war awesome but promoting diversity. Specifically, he promised to make war gay.
Kaufman says in the ad:
“It is time to diversify the murderous military industrial complex. We need to make the nukes gay, and that’s why I’m running for office. Like my fellow Democrats and Republicans, I will support every war, I will support stealing billions of dollars from Americans to kill innocent people, but we are going to make it so gay.”
“It will go down in the history books. We will say never have so many genders and so many races killed innocent people. Let’s bomb Yemen, but let’s make sure a rainbow of skin colors are dropping those bombs. These are going to be the gayest, transist murders the United States has ever performed. That’s what I stand for as the Chief Diversity Officer at Halliburton, and that’s what I’ll do once elected to the United States Senate. I’m Jeremy Kaufman, and I’m gay for this message.”
Fast forward to 2023, and we get this:
That’s war profiteer Lockheed Martin marching in a pride parade last month. According to American Military News (AMN), the murderous corporation sponsored pride marches in at least two American locations, Washington, D.C. and Dallas, Texas. AMN notes that the Dallas march included “drag performances by pole dancers, satanists and sexually explicit performers” which “were staged in front of children at the event.”
Just to give you an idea of Lockheed Martin and its fellow Military Industrial Complex compatriots, Common Dreams reported on the merchants-of-death:
“Our Pentagon and military, Lindsay Koshgarian of the National Priorities Project points out, currently ‘take up more than half of the discretionary federal budget each year,’ and over half that spending goes to military contractors. Most of these contractors, adds Heidi Peltier, the director of the ‘20 Years of War’ initiative at Boston University's Pardee Center, essentially operate as monopolies. The excessive profits that status helps them grab are widening America’s core inequality: Lockheed Martin's executive chair, at last count, is making $30.9 million a year.
In 2020, execs at Lockheed and four other contracting giants -- Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and General Dynamics -- spent $60 million on lobbying to keep their gravy train going. Over the past two decades, the Center for Responsive Politics reports, the defense industry as a whole has spent $2.5 billion on lobbying ‘to influence defense policy’ and directed another $285 million to political candidates friendly to contracting business as usual.”
Another Common Dreams piece states:
“Up to half of the estimated $14 trillion that the Pentagon has spent in the two decades since the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan has gone to private military contractors, with corporate behemoths such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing, and General Dynamics hoovering up much of the money.”
With regards to Lockheed Martin and pride marches, YouTuber An0maly described it as “a meme turned into reality.”
The gayification of the Military Industrial Complex is one of the many examples of how we are truly living in a satirical world.
Let’s look at a few more examples of the sodomites and the Military Industrial Complex. Here’s the CIA’s branding during Pride Month:
Of course, we’ve also got the Biden regime’s four-star general:
But, let’s not act as if this is something new. Here’s Gen. Michael Flynn celebrating the so-called first transgender Navy SEAL in 2014:
Let’s look at a few other examples of satire in the real world, these from outside the sodomite realm.
How about the video I included in my piece from Tuesday of Greta Thunberg speaking with Ukrainian oligarch Volodymyr Zelenskyy:
Does WWIII Begin Today?
“When the nukes start falling, nobody will be able to say that they weren’t warned. Thanks to Joe Biden and his warmongering minions, we are steamrolling toward World War III, but most Americans don’t seem to care. Most of us just continue to party our lives away, but meanwhile our leaders seem absolutely determined to drag us into an apocalyptic conf…
Yes, that’s the 20-year-old who has been groomed her whole life to be an actress for the climate change cult speaking with a corrupt oligarch about the impact of war on the climate but assuring us all that it’s Putin’s fault, despite the West clearly the aggressors and provokers who are making sure this conflict continues.
How about the Freudian slips that are becoming commonplace for our war criminal presidents. First, there was George W. Bush accusing Putin of launching “a wholly unjustified and brutal invasion of Iraq.” Oh W., thank you for the admission that you’re a war criminal. But then, Joe Biden stepped in to do the same as he said Putin’s “clearly losing the war in Iraq.”
It’s all so stupid that it’s funny. But then you realize how dangerous these fools are making this world.
“There are no adults behind the wheel of the vehicle that’s driving us toward World War Three. We’re on a bus that’s being driven straight toward a cliff, and it’s being driven by infants. If we survive this it will not be because of the experienced leadership of western governments, but completely in spite of it.
It’s getting more and more dangerous, and it’s getting more and more stupid. The other day the Ukrainian government tweeted a video in which the faces of characters from the Harry Potter film series are superimposed over Ukrainian soldiers, a perfect compliment to an earlier tweet by NATO about the Ukrainian military saying ‘We are Harry Potter and William Wallace, the Na’vi and Han Solo. We’re escaping from Shawshank and blowing up the Death Star. We are fighting with the Harkonnens and challenging Thanos.’ This truly is the phoniest, most PR-intensive proxy war of all time.”
Although these war criminals are making this world dark, we can still find some light if we resist. Johnstone added:
“This is a dark, strange timeline, and the more dangerous it gets, the dumber it gets.
Still there’s no reason to give up hope, and there’s no reason to give up joy. No matter how dark things get, there’s always the possibility that there are forces moving beneath the surface of our collective psyche which can change it all on a dime once conditions are ripe. No matter how dark things get, we’re still living in a profoundly beautiful and fascinating world which is a privilege and delight to participate in for even an instant. No matter how dark things get, we can still keep doing our best to try to make them a little bit better while making sure we don’t waste any of our precious time in this universe failing to appreciate its awesomeness.
There is darkness, but there’s also light. Far more of it than most people realize.
So do your worst, Stupid Dystopia. We’ll fight with all we’ve got and enjoy the ride for as long as we’re here.”
Fellow readers, it’s all here; funny, stupid scary and moving. This is a well researched and thought out summary of our dystopian times. May we all live through the latest sorry state of our human condition.
